Stars TV Show Airs This Weekend

Iowa Chops News Release
DES MOINES, IA - Iowa Stars President John Pettit, in conjunction with Mediacom, announced the schedule for the newest version of the Iowa Stars television show, Iowa Stars Extra.
The Stars most recent taping will air on Mediacom this Saturday, October 28th following the football game. Approximate air time is scheduled for 2:30 PM. The show will also air on Sunday, at 11 AM. Two additional dates will be announced later.
The show will include in-studio guests: Right Wing Junior Lessard and Stars Director of Hockey Operations Scott White. Be sure to catch the first edition of Captain's Corner with Iowa Captain Marty Wilford as he puts rookie forward John Lammers and rookie defenseman Mark Fistric on the hot seat.
The Connections Channel is Mediacom's statewide network that provides Iowans with coverage of state and local sports and community events. It is located at channel 22 for most areas of the state. Check local listing for your community's Mediacom Connections Channel (Ch. 74 in Iowa City; Ch. 18 in Northwest Iowa).
