St. Joe Announces Interim General Manager

St. Joseph Blacksnakes News Release
St. Joseph, MO-The Blacksnakes have announced that Matt Kentner becomes the Interim General Manager of the team, effective today. The club's search for a permanent General Manager is on-going but Kentner will run the day-to-day operations in the meantime.
The Lamar, MO native was formerly the Assistant General Manager/Ticket Operations but taken over most of the day-to-day duties in the absence of a General Manager.
St. Joe has been without a General Manager since Duane Miller resigned on June 13.
The Blacksnakes (23-20) are in the midst of a 10-game homestand that lasts through July 5. Tonight they host the Sioux Falls Canaries in the third game of a four-game series with Evan Thomas (2-5) taking the hill for St. Joe against Sioux Falls' Alex Perez (0-0) at 7:05pm. It is "Bingo Night," with prize giveaways throughout the game, and "Senior Night" at the ballpark, as all seniors 55-and-older get a $1 discount off any ticket purchase. The gates open at 6pm.
