
Hens Return Home To Face IL West Division Foes

Toledo Mud Hens News Release
On Saturday, April 22, the Mud Hens will return to Fifth Third Field for a six-game homestand that brings to town all three of the International League West Division opponents. Each team will be here for a two-game set, concluding with a rematch of the 2005 International League Championship series, versus the Indianapolis Indians. This homestand will feature a Kids Run the Bases and Autograph Sunday, as well as the first of 10:30 AM "School-Days."

Saturday, April 22 (Columbus, 1st pitch @ 7:00 pm) - Tonight's game can be heard live on Sports Radio 1470 AM - The Ticket, and can also be seen LIVE On BCSN. Tonight marks the second night of the High School Home Run Derby, featuring two players from local high schools, New Reigel and St. Francis de Sales. Fans will also be treated to a post-game fireworks show.
Sunday, April 23 (Columbus, 1st pitch @ 2:00 pm) - The second Autograph Sunday of the year can be seen on BCSN - tape delayed at 6:00 PM. Fans can catch all of the action live on Sports Radio, 1470 AM - The Ticket. As always, Kids Run The Bases after the game, and can receive a free face painting from 1-3 PM on the main concourse.
Monday, April 24 (Louisville, 1st pitch @ 6:30 pm) - Catch all of the action live on Sports Radio - 1470 AM, The Ticket. Fans can watch the game on a tape delay on BCSN at 11:00 PM.
Tuesday, April 25 (Louisville, 1st pitch @ 6:30 pm) - Tune into Sports Radio - 1470 AM, The Ticket to here Jim Weber, along with Frank Gilhooley and Jason Griffin - live from Fifth Third Field. Tonight also marks the first ProMedica Testing Tuesday of the season.
Wednesday, April 26 (Indianapolis, 1st pitch @ 6:30 pm) - Live radio coverage of tonight's contest can be heard on 1470 AM, The Ticket. The game can be seen at 11 PM on BCSN. 2005 Mud Hens infielder Gookie Dawkins, now with the Indians, is scheduled to receive his 2005 championship ring prior to the contest.
Thursday, April 27 (Indianapolis, 1st pitch @ 10:30 am) - BCSN will have all of the action - LIVE at 10:30 for today's game. As always, turn the radio dial to 1470 AM, The Ticket to catch all of the action live on the airwaves. Today marks the first "School Day" of the season. Students in attendance will receive a school folder, courtesy of Pepsi and Red Robin as they exit the park. A special appearance by Red Robin's very own - "Red" will have children entertained all afternoon.
