(ALTOONA, PA) – Carter Oosterhouse, one of the popular carpenters on TLC's hit show Trading Spaces, will make an appearance at Blair County Ballpark on Tuesday, August 31st when the Altoona Curve hosts the Trenton Thunder at 6:35 p.m.
