Atlanta Blaze Fall Short against Chesapeake BayHawks

June 17, 2018 - In a game dominated by defense, the Blaze fell behind in the fourth quarter Kennesaw, GA- The Atlanta Blaze (3-5) fell short against the Chesapeake Bayhawks (6-2) last night at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, 6-9, in a contest dominated by defensive forces. Led by veteran Graeme Hossack, who returned to the lineup after finishing a season of indoor lacrosse with the Rochester Knighthawks, the Blaze limited the Bayhawks to just 17 shots on cage, providing goalie Adam Ghitelman with a fighting chance to make saves. ... Blaze Drop Home Contest to Charlotte Hounds

June 10, 2018 - Despite a tight game in the first half, the first-place Charlotte Hounds took the game Kennesaw, GA- The Atlanta Blaze (3-4) fell to the visiting Charlotte Hounds (6-2) last night at Fifth Third Bank Stadium, 13-19, despite a strong showing from Kevin Rice who put up four points and four assists as well nineteen faceoff wins by Joe Nardella. Blaze Fall in Fourth Quarter to the Visiting Lizards

June 3, 2018 - Kennesaw, GA-The Atlanta Blaze (3-3) fell to the New York Lizards (3-3) tonight at Fifth Third Bank Stadium, 17-20, despite a strong showing by Kevin Rice who had three points and three assists for a total of six points. Rookies Connor Kelly and Christian Cuccinello also had strong Major League Lacrosse debuts with two goals each.
