Year-End Awards Release Schedule Announced
March 16, 2011 - Central Hockey League (CHL) News Release
TEMPE, AZ (March 16, 2011) - The Central Hockey League (CHL) released today the dates that the year-end award winners, the All-CHL Team and the All-Rookie Team will be announced. The announcements will begin on Thursday, March 17 and continue through Monday, March 28 with the announcement of the CHL's Most Valuable Player.
The MVP award will be decided between five finalists including Ryan Menei (Rapid City), Riley Nelson (Colorado), Robby Nolan (Missouri), Sebastien Thinel (Odessa) and Colton Yellow Horn (Allen).
The dates for the announcements for all CHL Awards are listed below:

Athletic Trainer of the Year

CHL All-Rookie Team
Monday, March 21
All-CHL Team

CHL's Coach of the Year
Friday, March 25
CHL's Most Outstanding Defenseman
CHL's Most Outstanding Goaltender (Scott Brower Award)

Joe Burton Scoring Champion
Monday, March 28
CHL's Most Valuable Player
The Rick Kozuback Award and the CHL Media Services Award will be announced during the post-season.
