Yard Goats Unveil Uniforms

Hartford Yard Goats News Release

Hartford, Conn- The Hartford Yard Goats Baseball Club, the Double-A Eastern League Affiliate of the Colorado Rockies, unveiled its uniforms tonight at a private fashion show for sponsors and season ticket holders at Infinity Music Hall in Hartford. Several television and radio personalities modeled the uniforms which were worn for the very first time. Five different Yard Goats uniforms were unveiled to the guests: Home Jersey, Road Jersey, Saturday Jersey, Sunday Jersey, and Batting Practice Jersey.

HOME UNIFORMS:

Traditional baseball white uniform in double knit polyester. Yard Goats tackle twill logo script is printed across the front in Royal Blue with white outline. Braiding is done with Royal Blue center and Kelly Green outline. Player numbers on both the front and backs of the uniform tops in Kelly Green.

ROAD UNIFORMS:

Classic baseball grey in double knit polyester. Hartford tackle twill logo script is printed across the front in Royal Blue with white outline. Player numbers on both the front and backs of the uniform tops in Royal Blue. Braiding is designed with Kelly Green center and Royal Blue outline. Hartford wordmark is designed using historic New York /New Haven/Hartford Railroad company font.

SATURDAY UNIFORMS:

Old time feel E-Crew or Giants cream in double knit polyester. Yard Goats tackle twill logo script is printed across the front in Kelly Green with white trim. Player numbers on both the front and backs of the uniform tops in Royal Blue. Braiding is done Royal Blue center and Kelly Green outline. Cream jerseys are commonly referred to as the "throwback" jerseys from the earlier baseball days.

SUNDAY UNIFORMS:

White and Blue style jersey in Aero Mesh fabric. This is a lighter fabric used primary for warmer climates or day environments. The Yard Goats logo is placed on the left chest area with the player number on the right chest area and the back of the uniform in Kelly Green. 

BATTING PRACTICE JERSEYS:

Solid Royal Blue Aero Mesh jersey in two button design. Goats is printed across the front in white coloring. As the Yard Goats only two button design, this allows players to wear it as a pregame or warmup style pullover.
