Yard Dawgz holding Fan Appreciation Day

OKLAHOMA CITY - The Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz announced today that they will hold a fan appreciation day this Saturday, March 26th at the Cox Convention Center beginning at 11:00 am. Fans will get a chance to meet the 2005 Yard Dawgz players, coaches, dance team, mascot, and staff during the event and will be able to pick up their 2005 Yard Dawgz season tickets.
"This is a great opportunity for the fans to get to know their 2005 edition of the Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz," said Yard Dawgz general manager Bob Cortese. "We are very excited about fan appreciation day and we hope the fans come out and enjoy the fun."
Fans will be able to watch the Yard Dawgz practice and then the Yard Dawgz will begin an autograph session following the practice. Fans can also stick around following the autograph session to learn more about arena football in an Arena Football 101 clinic.
Fans can pick up their season tickets at the Cox Convention Center box office. Ticket sales representatives will also be on hand to take any season ticket orders for the 2005 season. Yard Dawgz season tickets start as low as $64 for all eight exciting home games. Fans may also purchase Yard Dawgz team merchandise during the event.
YARD DAWGZ NOTES: The Yard Dawgz will begin their 2005 regular season with two consecutive road games, first on April 1st when they travel to Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania to take on the Pioneers, then they will travel to Little Rock, Arkansas on April 9th to take on the Arkansas Twisters...The Yard Dawgz will have their 2005 home opener on April 16th when they take on the Central Valley Coyotes...The game is set for 7:30 p.m. and tickets are available by calling the Yard Dawgz offices at 405.228.DAWG (3294).
