Guelph Storm News Release
On Saturday, February 16th, the Guelph Storm participated in the first annual 'Bowl Up A Storm' event with Woodlawn Bowl in support of the Ronald McDonald House. Over $25,000 was raised through tickets sales and a silent auction.
Fans of all ages came out to bowl with members of the Storm in the event that featured everything from a busy silent auction, a team dance break for the crowd, and more. On Sunday during our game against the Kitchener Rangers, Storm fans raised an additional $853 dollars through the chuck a puck fundraiser making the grand total $25,853.
The Storm would like to extend a big thank-you to Woodlawn Bowl for having us out for this great event, and to all of our amazing fans who helped support such a great cause!
