Wonders schedule dance team auditions

New York, NY. The ABA Brooklyn Wonders announced today that open auditions for the team's all-female dance team, the Wonderettes, will be held at the esteemed hip-hop dance studio, Blade Dance Academy, on October 7th.
Blade Dance Academy, located at 122 West 26th Street in Manhatten, will be buzzing in October when some of New York's best dancers arrive ready to show the Wonders what they've got. "We can't wait to get a preview of what the Wonderettes will look like. After all, New York City is notorious for its unique and diverse dancers," exclaimed Shaina Anderson, Entertainment Coordinator for the Brooklyn Wonders.
The Wonderettes will perform at every home game throughout the season and at other special events. Dancers should be prepared to interact with children, fans and the community and, most importantly, be ready to have fun. Dancers interested in auditioning must be at least 18 years of age, must complete an application and must submit a fee ($25 pre-register or $30 at the door). Please bring a current photo.
