The Chicago Wolves have signed center ANDRE DEVEAUX (de-VOH), a member of last year's squad that reached the Western Conference Final.

DEVEAUX registered postseason career-highs with three goals and five points and led Chicago with 48 penalty minutes in 14 matchups during the 2007 Calder Cup Playoffs. The 6-foot-4-inch, 220-pound forward also posted four goals, eight points and 105 penalty minutes in 28 regular-season games with the Wolves last year.

Originally drafted by the Montreal Canadiens with their fourth pick, 182nd overall, in the 2002 National Hockey League Entry Draft, DEVEAUX has racked up 458 penalty minutes and 34 points (15G, 19A) in 168 career AHL games with Springfield (2004-2007) and Chicago (2006-07).
