
Moose Sign Hitmen Captain Yeo

The Manitoba Moose, the AHL affiliate of the Vancouver Canucks, announced they have signed defenceman Dylan Yeo to an American Hockey League contract.
Yeo, 21, appeared in 57 games last season as captain of the Western Hockey League's Calgary Hitmen where he scored eight goals and 23 assists for 31 points and 64 penalty minutes. In 18 post-season games, the Prince Albert, SK native scored four goals and six assists for 12 points and 22 penalty minutes. In 140 career games after being traded to the Hitmen from Prince George in 2005, Yeo scored 17 goals and 36 assists for 53 points and 180 penalty minutes. In 228 total WHL games with the Cougars and Hitmen, Yeo collected 21 goals and 52 assists for 73 points and 280 penalty minutes.
