Come join the Rivermen on Friday, August 10th on Rivermen Night with the Peoria Chiefs at O'Brien Field in downtown Peoria.

Donning special Rivermen jerseys as they take to the field against the Great Lakes Loons at 7 pm, the Chiefs will host a silent auction to give fans a chance to own a unique piece of Peoria sports paraphernalia.

Plus, there will be a special Home Run Derby before the contest to benefit the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 6:30 pm. The event will feature Rivermen President and CEO Bart Rogers, Chiefs President Rocky Vonachen, and WEEK Sports Director Lee Hall! Fans may sponsor any or all three of the participants by pledging a flat amount or a dollar amount per home run. A pledge form is available for download on www.rivermen.net in .pdf format, or you may request one via fax or email from info@rivermen.net. The forms include a $1 off coupon and are also available at www.peoriachiefs.com.

Rivermen staff will be on hand to discuss the 2007-08 Season and answer any questions you may have regarding Peoria's hottest winter entertainment option!
