Wolves Host Bulldogs Friday

(GREATER SUDBURY, ON) The Sudbury Wolves will look to pick up two points this Friday night when they host the Hamilton Bulldogs at the Sudbury Community Arena. Puck drop is set for 7:05pm.

Friday's game is sponsored by Bell Let's Talk who will be partnering with the Wolves to bring awareness to the stigma around mental health. Bell will be on-hand with gifts and giveaways for lucky fans and the first 2000 fans will receive a Bell Let's Talk toque. Fans are also encouraged to visit the Bell Let's Talk table located in the lower lobby for more information.

The Bulldogs will be in Sudbury for the first time this season as they look to pull ahead of Sudbury in the playoff race. On the other end of the ice, the Wolves came out of their three game homestand with four out of six points. The Wolves are now looking to bounce back at home following a tough battle ending in a 3-2 shootout loss Sunday against the Greyhounds.

Nick DeGrazia and Landon McCallum have been on a roll, each notching five points in five games played.

DeGrazia scored two goals against Flint and now sits with 34 points in 34 games played. McCallum sits third in points on the team with 35 and picked up an assist on Sunday to bring his assist count to 27. The Bulldogs, Patrick Thomas, leads the team with 31 points, meanwhile Ottawa Senators 5thround draft pick Jorian Donovan is second in points on the team with 21 assists and 8 goals.

Following Friday's game, the Wolves head east to face their division rivals, the North Bay Battalion on Sunday before returning home on Friday January 27th to welcome back Jacob Holmes and the Windsor Spitfires.
