
Wolves, Gwinnett Swap Players

The Chicago Wolves have assigned left wing ADAM SMYTH (SMITH) and defenseman BRIAN SIPOTZ (SIHP-ihts) to the Gwinnett Gladiators of the ECHL. In addition, the Wolves have recalled netminder ADAM BERKHOEL (BUHRK-uhl) from the Gladiators.
SMYTH has registered two penalty minutes in one game with the Wolves, while SIPOTZ has accrued one assist and four penalty minutes in four games.
BERKHOEL ranks second in the ECHL with 255 minutes played and fourth with 121 saves in four games. Overall, the 23-year-old netminder has recorded a 1-0-0-3 mark, a 2.82 goals-against average and a .910 save percentage in his first professional season.
