
Wolf Pack Recall Goaltender Jeff Malcolm from Greenville

HARTFORD, February 4, 2015: Hartford Wolf Pack general manager Jim Schoenfeld announced today that the Wolf Pack has recalled goaltender Jeff Malcolm from its ECHL affiliate, the Greenville Road Warriors.
This is the second Wolf Pack callup of the season for Malcolm, a second-year pro out of Yale University. In his one AHL appearance of the year, he made 35 saves in a 5-3 home victory over the Worcester Sharks December 12. That was Malcolm's second career win in seven AHL games.
In 25 games with the Road Warriors this season, the 6-2, 185-pound Malcolm has compiled a record of 15-9-1, with a 2.54 goals-against average, a 92.0% save percentage, which is good for fourth among ECHL goaltenders, and one shutout.
Signed to an AHL contract by the Wolf Pack July 17, 2013, Malcolm is 2-3-0 in seven career AHL appearances, with a 2.87 GAA and an 89.5% save percentage. In 52 career ECHL contests, the 25-year-old Lethbridge, Alta. native is 28-18-4 with a 2.73 GAA, a 91.6% save percentage and one shutout.

The next home game for the Wolf Pack is Saturday, February 14, a 7:30 PM game at the XL Center against the Albany Devils.
