Atlanta Dream News Release
ATLANTA, Ga. - Today the WNBA's Atlanta Dream announced the first two sell-outs of a five-game home opening week. The Sunday, May 28th home opener against Indiana and the Dream's first Friday night matchup on June 2 against the reigning WNBA Champion Las Vegas Aces are both sold to capacity.
Last season, Atlanta saw eight record-setting sellouts and hosted packed crowds at Gateway Center Arena. With two sell-outs in opening week to start off the 2023 season, the Dream currently leads the WNBA in ticket membership sales and are on track to sell out most of their home games this season in Atlanta.
"Atlanta continues to show out in support of the Dream, and we are going to have an incredible five-game opening week at Gateway Center Arena starting this Sunday," said Morgan Shaw Parker, Dream President & COO. "We continue to see fan excitement rising as evidenced in our continued growth in ticket sales, corporate partner investment and community programming. The energy in our arena is off the charts and it's something every Atlantan should experience!"
Fans are encouraged to arrive at Gateway Center Arena early as well as pre-pay for parking via the Ticketmaster app to avoid long entrance lines.
The Atlanta Dream open their home slate with five straight games at Gateway Center Arena. Limited inventory is available for Tuesday, May 30th against Chicago, Friday June 9th against New York and Sunday June 11th against Connecticut; single game tickets for each are available here.
Season tickets and single game tickets for select games throughout the 2023 season are still available. Demand remains high, so fans are encouraged to call 877-977-7729, visit www.dreamelitemembership.com or email tickets@atlantadream.com for more information.
