GRAND CHUTE, WI - The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers are focused on the battle for a 2014 Midwest League playoff spot as this season nears its end. But, Timber Rattlers fans can plan ahead for next season as they cheer on this year's team because the 2015 schedule has been released by the Midwest League affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers.
Opening Day for next season is Thursday, April 9. The Rattlers will begin the 2015 season at Burlington against the Burlington Bees. The home opener for the 2015 Timber Rattlers is on Sunday, April 12 against the Peoria Chiefs.
There are seventy home games on the schedule for the Rattlers. They will have twelve home games in April, sixteen in May, thirteen in June, fourteen in July, twelve in August, and three in September.
The longest homestand of the 2015 season is a ten-game, eleven-day stretch from May 29 through June 8.
There are plenty of weekend home games set for next season. Wisconsin's home schedule includes twelve Fridays, ten Saturdays, and ten Sundays in 2014.
The 2015 promotional calendar will be released once it is set early next year.
The Timber Rattlers have six home games remaining on the 2014 schedule. They will host the Beloit Snappers from August 24 through August 26 and the Burlington Bees from August 27 through August 29. Tickets remain for those games and may be purchased in the following manner: Online, over the phone at (920) 733-4152 or (800) WI-TIMBER, or in person at Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium. The ticket office is open from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 3:00pm.
