
Wisconsin Herd Acquires Returning Player Rights to VJ Beachem

Wisconsin Herd News Release
The Wisconsin Herd, the NBA G League affiliate of the Milwaukee Bucks, obtained the returning player rights to VJ Beachem from the South Bay Lakers in exchange for the returning player rights to James Blackmon Jr.
Beachem (6-8, 200 pounds) appeared in 36 games (18 starts) with South Bay last season and averaged 8.6 points and 2.3 rebounds per contest while shooting 43.7 percent from the field and 40.4 percent from beyond the arc. In July, Beachem saw action in four games with the Minnesota Timberwolves Summer League team in Las Vegas.
Blackmon (6-4, 200 pounds) played in 19 games (13 starts) with the Herd last season and averaged 16.7 points 4.4 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 32.6 minutes per game. Blackmon is currently playing in Italy with Consultinvest VL Pesaro.
