
Wirtz Autographs, Postgame Fireworks Highlight Lottery Cup Matchup

ROCKFORD, Ill. - The Rockford IceHogs feature a packed promotional slate for this Friday's game as they host an Illinois Lottery Cup showdown against the Chicago Wolves at the BMO Harris Bank Center Feb. 1 at 7 p.m. The evening's contest is highlighted by a book signing with Chicago Blackhawks Chairman, Rocky Wirtz, pregame party in the Blues Flame Lounge, $10 ticket specials and the Hogs' first ever postgame fireworks show, courtesy of LawnCare by Walter and Supply Core.

Time: Puck drop is at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m.
Cabin Fever Special: Fans are invited to get out of the house from the polar vortex and enjoy the IceHogs game for just $10. Tickets can be purchased in-person at the Box Office, at IceHogs.com or by calling the Box Office at (815) 968-5222.
Illinois Lottery Cup: The IceHogs host the Chicago Wolves for the ninth matchup of this year's Illinois Lottery Cup Series. The IceHogs and Wolves are currently tied in the season set with four wins apiece.
American Flag Giveaway: The first 2,500 in attendance will receive a free American flag for the postgame fireworks celebration, courtesy of BMO Harris Bank.
Book Signing/Autographs: Chicago Blackhawks Chairman, Rocky Wirtz, and Hall of Fame goaltender, Tony Esposito, will be on-hand for a signing of Wirtz's new book release, "The Breakaway: The Inside Story of the Wirtz Family and the Chicago Blackhawks." For just $65, fans can purchase a copy of Wirtz's book, a limited-edition Blackhawks hat, special-edition display case and an autograph from Wirtz and Esposito. In addition, $50 packages will also be available and include a copy of the book and autographs from Wirtz and Esposito.
Two-Buck Buds: Each Friday home game during the 2018-19 season features $2 Bud Light beers, courtesy of WXRX. The $2 beers can be purchased at most concession stands on the concourse through the end of second intermission.
Blues Flame Friday: Friday home games this season also feature a pregame party in the Blue Flame Lounge, courtesy of District Bar and Grill. Fans can enjoy live music from Recently Paroled in the Blue Flame Lounge on Feb. 1.
Postgame Fireworks: The IceHogs are honoring the memory of Rockford's Mr. Fourth of July, Joe Marino, with the team's first ever postgame fireworks show, courtesy of LawnCare by Walter and Supply Core. Marino was a staple in the Rockford community prior to his passing in November, and he oversaw the Rockford Fourth of July Committee for the last 55 years.
The postgame fireworks show will begin immediately following the conclusion of the IceHogs' and Wolves' contest. The show will feature pyrotechnics from both the ceiling and ground mounts of the BMO Harris Bank Center, as well as patriotic music throughout the fireworks display.
