Winnipeg Football Club Announces Corporate Partnerships for 2012 Season

WINNIPEG, MB - The Winnipeg Football Club announced its major corporate partners today, with Investors Group taking the reigns as naming rights holder of the new state of the art facility at the University of Manitoba. Investors Group Field will be home to the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and will be one of the premier sports and entertainment facilities in all of North America.

CJOB Radio has once again retained the broadcast rights and will be the voice of the Blue Bombers for the next seven years.

"It is with great pride that we announce our partners in the business community who stand by our side as we enter a new season of Blue Bomber football," said President and CEO, Garth Buchko. "All of our corporate sponsors play a vital role in the success of our organization and we look forward to our new season with our new partners."

Along with the rights holders, the Football Club has announced two levels of partnership. Building Partners include Labatt Breweries, Pepsi, MTS, Rona, Pizza Hotline, Nissan, Manitoba Public Insurance, and Recycle Everywhere.

Major Partners of the Football Club include Winnipeg Free Press, Subway Restaurants, PMA Canada, Tim Hortons, BFI, Purolator, Winnipeg Sun, Old Dutch and MBNA.

The Winnipeg Football Club continues to add additional sponsorships each and every day from many businesses throughout the city of Winnipeg and province of Manitoba.
