
Wings WIN 2-1 in Overtime

The Aberdeen Wings got a late start Friday night in Bismarck but by the 2nd period they were able to return to form and tie the game up when Jake Horton was able to sneak one past the goaltender for Bismarck. Kyle Kruenegel assisted on the Horton goal. Both teams played even through the 3rd sending the game into overtime. Just 52 seconds into over time Peter Krieger was able to net the game winner on a perfect pass from Horton. The overtime win along with Minot getting beat 3-2 to Austin tonight keeps the Wings playoff hopes alive. The Wings will be back in action Saturday night vs Bismarck once again.
