Aberdeen Wings News Release

The Aberdeen Wings, proud members of the North American Hockey League, are pleased to announce the signing of forward Jordan Fader to a tender agreement for the 2016-2017 season.

Fader just completed a successful first half with Team Omaha AAA of the North American Prospects Hockey League.  His 21 points in 19 games played has him tied for second overall on an Omaha team that is currently first in the NAPHL with an 18-2 record.

"Jordan is a smart, offensive player with good size, a quick shot and touch," Assistant Coach / Director of Scouting Mike Grattan said.  "Good things happen around him, especially on the offensive side of things."

The Rice Lake, WI native is a 97 birth year who spent last season with the Madison Capitols.  Fader checks in at 6'2, 195 and joins Meijer AAA's Grant Ledford as the second player tendered by the Wings from the NAPHL.  NAHL teams are required to tender two players from its development league partner, the PHL.
