Your first place Aberdeen Wings (34-9-4-2) are once again on the road this time they are headed to second place Bismarck for a weekend set with the Bobcats (29-12-5-3). Friday will be the first game of 4 straight games against Bismarck. The Wings were able to clinch a spot in the Robertson Cup Playoffs with a weekend road sweep at Minot last weekend, however there is still work to do in order to clinch their 3rd straight division title. Aberdeen, 74 points, currently has an 8 point lead over the Bobcats, 66 points. Austin is in third with 59 points, right on their heels are the Minot Minotauros with 57 points. The Wilderness moved a little closer to a playoff spot with a sweep last weekend giving them 53 points. Minot will take on St. Cloud @ St. Cloud this weekend, Austin will be out of division taking on the Chippewa Steel and the Wilderness are also out of division at Janesville.
Puck drop is scheduled for 7:15pm both nights. You can watch all the action at Buffalo Wings & Rings in Aberdeen or by logging on to HockeyTV.com.
