
Williams Named af2 Ironman of the Week

(North Little Rock, AR) - Arkansas Twisters WR/LB Kevin Williams earned US Army af2 Ironman of the Week as announced by the arenafootball2 office.
Williams played nearly every play in the 64-60 win over Everett. He finished the game with seven catches for 48 yards and two touchdowns. Williams added 3.5 tackles with a fumble recovery and an interception. The interception came with just over eight minutes left in the fourth quarter and the game tied at 48. Williams scored the go ahead touchdown to cap off the drive, and the Twisters never trailed from that point on.
The Twisters improved to 8-3 on the season, their best 11 game start in team history.
