Washington, PA-The Washington Wild Things unveiled their 2015 promotional schedule Monday. The 2015 promotions lineup includes 10 postgame fireworks shows, countless giveaway items, multiple charitable jersey auctions, and two celebrity appearances.
The Wild Things will deliver a brand new weekly promotional schedule for their 14th season in the Frontier League.
Nothing is more terrific than Two-R-Fic Tuesdays at CONSOL Energy Park! Each Tuesday during the season, the Wild Things will feature $2 parking, $2 reserved tickets, $2 concession items (soda, popcorn, hamburger sliders) and a weekly $2 merchandise item. The Wild Things will pay tribute to the people of the Ohio Valley on Wednesdays with Wild N'Wonderful Wednesdays. Fans with valid identification of residence in West Virginia/the Ohio Valley will get a $2.00 discount on their Wild Things' tickets each Wednesday.
The Wild Things are trending this season with the social media phenomenon #ThrowbackThursdays. For the eight Thursday night games, the Wild Things will revert to 2002 ticket pricing. And the fan favorite Fireworks Fridays will continue this season, when the Wild Things conclude each Friday game with a postgame fireworks extravaganza!
The team will offer a variety of giveaways to fans throughout the season. Fans are urged to log onto the team website at www.washingtonwildthings.com and to follow the team on Facebook and Twitter to confirm which items will be given away and when.
Each Sunday, KONA Ice presents Kids Club Sundays. Kids 12 and younger are invited to sign up for the KONA Ice Kids Club and can receive free admission to every Sunday home game for the Wild Things and the Rebellion. Kids are also offered an official Kids Club t-shirt, membership certificate, birthday card, a discounted parent's package and 10% of birthday packages. Additionally, every Sunday fans are encouraged to donate to Goodwill of Southwestern PA as they will have their donation bins outside of the main entrance.
During select games this season, the Wild Things players and coaches will wear special themed jerseys that are auctioned off during that night's game. The winning bidder for each jersey has the opportunity to meet the player on the field following the game.

The Wild Things will celebrate the people within our surrounding communities with the 2015 Community Night series, presented by United Dairy.

Saturday, June 6: Wheeling Night, brought to you by Glessner and Associates and the first 1,000 will receive a Wild Things Rally Towel, sponsored by Generations Pub

The Washington Wild Things open their 14th season in the Frontier League at home when they will host the Schaumburg Boomers on Friday, May 15th at 7:05 p.m. Season tickets, individual game tickets and group packages for the 2015 season are on sale.
