Highlighted by #1 DB Johnnie Taylor's 3 interceptions and #50 LB Warren Tauanuu's fumble recovery, the Wild defense rose the occassion on Sunday night with their best outing of the season. Holding the IFL rushing leader Colorado Ice to only 55 yards rushing, the Wild defense kept the Ice at bay for the duration of the game. On offense, quarterback Damion Ward led the offense to the their best passing performance of the season, going 16 of 30 for 99 yards.
This Monday the Wild take on former NFL first round draft pick Peter Warrick and the Bloomington Extreme on Monday, May 4 at 7:05 PM.

eron Young (6'5", 330) on Thursday, adding a very impressive presence to the offensive line. Young has numerous workouts with NFL teams lined up in the coming months and spent last season with the San Angelo Stampede Express. Young will bolster the line opposite Tui Aleilefaleula
