The Wild underwent huge personnel changes in the off-season and are returning only five players from last year?s squad. Rasmussen started one game as a member of the Tulsa Talons of Arena Football2 (af2) last season.

Another strength of the Wild will be at wide receiver. The Wild will return 2008 league All-Star Donald Payne and the team?s leading scorer from 2008, Carlos Cavanaugh. Former St. Louis Ram and Chicago Rush receiver Clinton Soloman joins former af2 standout Tim Reilly as new additions to the receiving corps for the Wild.

On defense the Wild return league All-Star Justin Montgomery who will anchor the defensive line. The defensive backfield could be strength for the Wild, with former University of Arkansas standout Randy Kelly and former Kansas State athlete Byron Garvin leading the team. They will be joined by Ene Apkon, who will be playing in his third season for the Wild and Donta Moore.

The Wild open their home schedule on April 4 as the Sioux Falls Storm visit Hartman Arena for a Central Division Collision. Season tickets and individual game ticket are currently available.
