
WHL unveils playoff schedule

Calgary, AB -- The following teams have announced the dates and game times for their series schedule for the first round of the 2007 Western Hockey League playoffs:
The Eastern Division Champion Brandon Wheat Kings will play a 2-3-2 series with the Prince Albert Raiders in the opening round, after finishing the season with an impressive 41-20-3-8 record, good for 93 points. Brandon's first round home games will be played at the Keystone Centre as organizers of the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair, that begins on Monday, March 26th, has given the WHL club permission to play game two on Saturday night.
