Wet Field Conditions Postpones Aces' Friday Night Game in Albuquerque

Albuquerque, N.M. - Due to wet field conditions forced by thunderstorms in the Albuquerque metro area, Friday night's game between the Reno Aces and Albuquerque Isotopes has been postponed.

A doubleheader between these clubs is set for Saturday, August 12th, at Rio Grande Credit Union Field at Isotopes Park, beginning at 3:05 p.m. PST.

Game one of the twin bill will be nine innings and resume Friday's suspended match-up in the bottom of the first inning with the Aces trailing the Isotopes, 1-0. The second half of the doubleheader will begin approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of game one and will be a seven-inning contest.

The Aces continue their 12-game road trip with a six-game slate against the Albuquerque Isotopes, Triple-A affiliate of the Colorado Rockies, through Sunday, August 13th. Reno's squad will return to Greater Nevada Field for a six-game homestand against the Salt Lake Bees, Triple-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels, starting Tuesday, August 16.
