West Named to MASL Team of the Week Squad
TACOMA, Wash. - Tacoma Stars defender Adam West was named to the Major Arena Soccer League Team of the Week for week seven, the league announced today.
West posted a brace in the Stars 4-3 victory over the Dallas Sidekicks on Friday night, giving him three goals this season. Both of his goals came in the third quarter, when the Stars managed to score four times on Sidekicks goalkeeper Juan Gamboa.
Joining West on the MASL Team of the Week are Milwaukee Wave goalkeeper Nick Vorberg, Baltimore Blast defender Pat Healey, Brownsville Barracudas midfielder Victor Parreiras, Chicago Mustangs midfielder Miguel Vaca, and Dallas Sidekicks forward Cameron Brown.
