
"Welcome Back B-Mets" Dinner Set for April 3rd

BINGHAMTON, NY - The Binghamton Mets are pleased to announce that fans can meet new manager Pedro Lopez and the entire 2012 Binghamton Mets on Tuesday, April 3rd at this year's "Welcome Back B-Mets" Dinner hosted at the Riverwalk Hotel & Conference Center in downtown Binghamton.
Baseball fans of all ages will have the opportunity to meet the future stars of Citi Field, collect autographs and win B-Mets memorabilia. The event will also feature live piano music performed by local recording artist "Ragtime Rick Pedro."
B-Mets players and mascots will arrive at 5:30pm for the "Meet the Mets" autograph reception. Dinner will be served promptly at 7:00pm followed by a special baseball program with team introductions by Binghamton's new manager.
Tickets, which are $20.00 per person, are on sale now through the Binghamton Mets and will extend through Friday, March 30th. Tickets may be purchased over the phone at (607) 723-METS (6387) or in person at NYSEG Stadium during normal business hours. Early purchase of tickets is encouraged as last year's event sold out. Corporate sponsorships are available for this event by contacting B-Mets Office Manager Amy Fancher.
All proceeds from this event will benefit the Family Enrichment Network, which provides supportive services for children and families in the Southern Tier.
