ICE CHIPS: The KOOTENAY ICE enter this week's action with a 40-24-3-2 record (19-12-2-1 at home, 21-12-1-1 on the road, 4-3 in overtime, 5-2 in shootouts) and in fifth place in the EASTERN CONFERENCE and tied for ninth place overall in the WHLThe ICE won their 40th game of the regular season March 3 in EDMONTONIt is the seventh time in franchise history and fifth in the last six years that KOOTENAY has recorded at least 40 wins in a seasonThe ICE will finish the 2009-2010 regular season with an above.500 record for the 11th consecutive season, which is the longest active streak in the WESTERN HOCKEY LEAGUEKOOTENAY has clinched a playoff spot for the 12th consecutive yearThe ICE will play two of their remaining three regular season games at home.

KELLOGG'S NIGHT: When the ICE host the RED DEER REBELS on March 10th it will be KELLOGG'S NightFans in attendance will have the opportunity to win product from KELLOGG'S and meet one of the mascots.

ST. EUGENE GOLF RESORT CASINO / AWARDS NIGHT: When KOOTENAY host the EDMONTON OIL KINGS on March 13th it will be ST. EUGENE GOLF RESORT CASINO and AWARDS NIGHTFans in attendance will have the opportunity to learn more about the ST. EUGENE GOLF RESORT CASINOThe awards will start at 7:00 pm.
