Wave take fan bus to Rockford

MILWAUKEE - The Milwaukee Wave are scheduling a fan bus to transport supporters to the Nov. 27 game against the Rockford Rampage at the Metrocentre.

It's $30 for the bus ticket and game ticket. The bus leaves from the Hales Corners Park & Ride on 108th Street at 5 p.m. and returns following the game. Call the Wave office at 414-224-9283 to reserve a spot by 5 p.m. Tuesday. Bring payment to the bus.

The Wave open their 2009-10 season Sunday at Monterrey and then visit Rockford before the home opener on Dec. 6 against Monterrey. Tickets for all home games are on sale through Ticketmaster or by calling the Wave office.

The Milwaukee Wave professional indoor soccer team is the longest-running soccer franchise in continuous operation in the United States.
