WATCH THE GAME ONLINE: Friday night home games will air on Brooklyn Cable Access Television (BCAT). That's channel 69 on Cablevision, and channel 56 on Time Warner.

CYCLONES TAKE FIRST ROUND: Brooklyn beat Staten Island in the first "Battle of the Bridge" series of 2005, two games to one. Josh Petersen and Greg Gonzalez were hitting stars in the series, hitting safely in each of the three games. Petersen added a home run in Thursday's contest.
MERMAID PARADE IN CONEY ISLAND: The Mermaid Parade returns for its 23rd year with David Johansen as King Neptune. Come on out and watch Mermaids promenade along Surf Avenue and the Boardwalk! For more information see www.coneyisland.com
