Boise, ID - The Hawks dropped last night's game to Salem-Keizer 5-4, but not before making it very interesting in the bottom of the 9th.
These are the plays you'll see...
1) Hawks infielder Jose Made doubles to right scoring Drew Rundle making the score 5-2 in the bottom of the 9th.
2) Centerfielder Jonathon Wyatt lines a single to right plating Made in the 9th. That drew the Hawks to within 2 runs.
3) Marquez Smith hits a sac fly to finish the scoring for the Hawks as they drop the game 5-4.
Join us at the park tonight for game four of the series with Salem-Keizer. It's Nascar Night so the first 1,250 fans will receive a Hawks Car Flag courtesy of Les Schwab. We'll also have post-game fireworks sponsored by St. Alphonsus, Fox 12 and the Idaho Statesman. Gates open at 6:30pm and the first pitch will be thrown at 7:15pm. Go Green!
