Washington Stealth's Rabil Earns Weekly NLL Award

Everett, Wash. - The National Lacrosse League announced its weekly award winners for week six today, the Stealth's Paul Rabil earning Transition Player of the Week honors. It is the second time this season Rabil has earned the award.

Rabil had a pair of stellar performances last weekend in the Stealth's home-and-home series with the Edmonton Rush. He tallied a combined four goals, five assists and 30 loose balls in two games last weekend. On February 11, Rabil tallied a goal and an assist to go along with a game-high 18 loose balls. The following night, he recorded a career-high seven points with three goals and four assists and added 12 more loose balls.

Rabil leads the NLL this season with a career-high 93 loose balls in eight games this season. He is also on pace to set career-highs in goals, assists and points. Halfway through the regular season, he has nine goals and 15 assists for 24 points.

The Stealth currently sits in third place in the West Division with a 3-5 record. The team will face the Colorado Mammoth this Friday at the Comcast Arena at Everett. Game time is slated for 8pm PST.
