Warthogs' Hot Stove Dinner set for January 21st

Winston-Salem, NC – The Winston-Salem Warthogs' annual Hot Stove Dinner and Silent Auction is set for Friday, January 21, 2005. The dinner and auction will run from 6pm-8:30pm inside the Grand Pavilion at the Adam's Mark Winston Plaza in downtown Winston-Salem. The night will include the induction of the 2005 Greater Winston-Salem Baseball Hall of Fame. This year's special guest will be Florida Marlins' manager Jack McKeon. McKeon led the Marlins to the 2003 World Series Championship over the New York Yankees. Individual tickets can be purchased for $25. A table of eight seats can be bought for $175. Tickets can be bought by calling the Warthogs at (336) 759-2233 or stopping by the Warthogs' office at Ernie Shore Field. All proceeds will go to the Winston-Salem Foundation that benefits our area youth baseball programs.
