Lethbridge, Alberta -- The Lethbridge Hurricanes of the Western Hockey League have acquired overage goalkeeper Adam Ward from the Regina Pats in exchange for a conditional draft pick in 2006.
The product of Swift Current, Saskatchewan, posted a record of 7-20-3 and a goals against average of 3.98 last season.
Ward began the year with the Saskatoon Blades, before being moved to the Pats in mid-season.
WHL teams begin training camp next week.
