Voyagers Rain Postpones Voyagers and Brewers

GREAT FALLS, Mont. (August 23, 2014) - The Great Falls Voyagers had their game with the Helena Brewers at Kindrick Field postponed due to excessive rain Saturday afternoon, marking the first time in 2014 that Great Falls has had a game postponed.
The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Saturday, August 30 at Kindrick Field. There will be two seven-inning affairs between the Voyagers and the Brewers, starting at 5:00 p.m.
The Voyagers return home Sunday to begin a six-game homestand against the Missoula Osprey at Centene Stadium. Great Falls will send right-hander Dane Stone (5-1, 3.80) to the mound, while Missoula will counter with fellow righty Carlos Hernandez (4-4, 4.50). First pitch is set for 1:00 and coverage will begin at 12:45 on 1400 AM KXGF and gfvoyagers.com.
