NEW ORLEANS (June 5, 2012) - On Tuesday afternoon, New Orleans VooDoo players Joe Alajajian, Alvin Ray Jackson, Brian Johnston, and Brad Paul visited Children's Hospital, spending some time in the teen room while also handing out VooDoo stickers courtesy of www.voodoostuff.com.

The players played video games and board games with the patients in the teen room, and gave out Bones stickers to all of the children that they spent time with. VooDoo FB Joe Alajajian even showed off some of his artistic talents, drawing a giraffe for Kayla. The players were able to spend time with a total of 11 children at Children's Hospital, and Kayla was one of them.

"It was good to spend some time with all the kids," said Alajajian. "I was happy that Kayla liked the drawing of the giraffe. I was just glad to see her have a good time."

After play time in the teen room was up, each player helped wheel a patient through the hospital back to their room, and visited some more patients. The players distributed VooDoo stickers to all of the children they visited.

This visit is one of 24 hospital visits that the VooDoo Dolls and players will take part in this season, splitting time between Tulane and Children's Hospital.
