KEIZER, OR -- The Salem-Keizer shut out the Boise Hawks Wednesday night 5-0. Starter T.J. Brewer shut out the Hawks for ix innings before three relievers each threw one shut inning to secure the victory for the Volcanoes. The Hawks managed just fur hits in the game against the top pitching staff in the league.
The series continues Thursday night as the Hawks send Chris Huseby to the mound. He will be opposed by the Volcanoes Jared Cranston. Game time at Volcanoe Stadium in Keizer, OR is 6:35 p.m. PST.
