Sunday, August 7th - The Volcanoes open a three-game series against in-state rivals, the Eugene Emeralds. It's National Kids Day and Senior's $1.00 Meal Day. Kid's Eat FREE Sunday...kids 12 & under, will receive a FREE hotdog, pop and popcorn. It will also be Senior Sunday with special $1.00 Senior Meal Deals! Seniors may purchase a Hot Dog and Soda OR a Hamburger and Soda for just $1.00. Kids will also get to Run the Bases after the game presented by PT Northwest. In addition, it is going to be Volcanoes Cruise-In. The Stadium parking lot will look spectacular with many old Classic Cars. You won't want to miss seeing them up close. It's also Corvallis Community Appreciation Night. Corvallis residents can receive an outfield seat for just $5.00 for this game, a savings of $3.00 off normal day of game admission, by showing proof of residence - driver's license, utility bill, etc.. Corvallis Night is presented by KGAL Radio. Game time is 5:05; Car show is at 3:00.

Monday, August 8thIt's KID'S NIGHT AT VOLCANOESSTADIUM. Kids 12 & under will be admitted FREE by emailing Jerry Walker at jwalker@volcanoesbaseball.com, and requesting a FREE ticket. There is no limit on the number of tickets you may request. The last KID'S NIGHTS of the 2011 seasonwill be August 22nd. It's also Crater's Birthday!! That's right join Crater and many of his Mascot friends to celebrate Crater's Birthday. Be sure to bring a gift for Crater (he'll donate all gifts to Toys for Tots and various children charities). Game Time 6:35pm, Gates Open 5:30pm.

Tuesday, August 9th - New York Yankees Legend, Don Larsen Night! The great Yankee pitcher from the 1950's will be at Volcanoes Stadium to meet and greet fans and sign Free Autographs. Larsen is the only player in Major League Baseball history to throw a perfect game in the World Series! Larsen's teammates included Mickey Mantle, Yogi Berra, & Whitey Ford. In addition, Larsen pitched for the San Francisco Giants, in the 1960's, and played with greats like Willie Mays, Juan Marichal, Willie McCovey, & Orlando Cepeda. Meet a true baseball legend, Don Larsen on Tuesday, August 9th at Volcanoes Stadium. The Volcanoes will conclude the three-game series with the Eugene Emeralds, affiliate of the San Diego Padres, and it will be All You Can Eat Night: Hotdogs, Hamburgers, Pop and Ice Cream from 5:30-8:30 - YES, All You Can Eat ! $7 Adults; $5 Kids. You don't want to miss this night. It will also be KRAFT Singles TuesdayNights where fans can Buy One Outfield Ticket and Get A Second Outfield Ticket FREE with a KRAFT Singles package wrapper. Wednesday, August 10th - The Volcanoes open a five-game homestand against the Spokane Indians, affiliate of the Texas Rangers. It's the fourth of five, $1.00 Family Feast Nights. Fans can purchase a Hot Dogs, Popcorn, Soda and/or Ice Cream for just $1.00 each!!! Yes, $1.00 Family Feast Nights - a tremendous offer. The last Family$1.00 Feast Night is August 24th. $1.00 Family Feast Nights presented by Franz Bakery. Aumsville Community Appreciation Night and Turner Community Appreciation Night. Friday, August 12th - Cancer Awareness Weekendsponsored byHematology Oncology ofSalem. Game Time 7:05 pm, Gates Open 6:00 pm.This is the "granddaddy" weekend of the summer, as the Volcanoes honor and celebrate cancer survivors. Survivors also will receive special gifts. The Volcanoes continue play with the Spokane Indians. The evening with an exciting Fireworks Show courtesy of Hematology Oncology of Salem. The Volcanoes will be wearing their new Cancer Awareness Jerseys compliments of Dr. Chuck Petrunin. If you know a cancer survivor be sure to invite them to this very special event, you can surprise them too as the Volcanoes will display photographs of cancer survivors on the Stadium's jumbotron FREE during the game...email the picture(s) to the Volcanoes at probasebal@aol.com (yes, one "L" in baseball). In memory of photographs will also gladly be displayed.

Saturday, August 13th, Cancer Awareness Weekend continues as the Volcanoes honor and celebrate all cancer survivors. Game Time 7:05 pm, Gates Open 6:00 pm. After the game with the Spokane Indians, Class A affiliate of the Texas Rangers, there will be another outstanding FireworksShow courtesy of Hematology Oncology of Salem. Survivors also will receive special gifts. It is also be Saturday Prize Wheel Nightpresented by the Original Roadhouse Grillwhere fans can spin to win a great prize. The Volcanoes will honor and celebrate all cancer survivors, as survivors will be invited to meet the Volcanoes Player on-the-field prior to the game (must arrive by 4:30pm), and be involved in pre-game ceremonies. Survivors also will receive special gifts. The Volcanoes will be wearing their new Cancer Awareness Jerseys compliments of Dr. Chuck Petrunin. If you know a cancer survivor be sure to invite them to this very special event, you can surprise them too as the Volcanoes will display photographs of cancer survivors on the Stadium's jumbotron FREE during the game...email the picture(s) to the Volcanoes at probasebal@aol.com (yes, one "L" in baseball).
