
Vision wins 87 to 80

ATLANTA, GA - Atlanta Vision and Tim Hardaway's #1 Florida Pit Bulls watch the Super Bowl with one victory and one loss a piece as they battled each other during their double header weekend. After Florida ended the Vision's seven game winning streak on Friday, these two ABA powerhouses returned on Saturday for an ABA showdown at the Samson's Center. The two aggressive teams exchanged leads countless times throughout the night before the Vision pulled away with the win, 87 to 80.
The Vision was lead by ABA All-Star Cedric McGinnis and 'High Percentage", Kellen Miliner who put up 20 points each. Atlanta Vision General Manager, Dennis Scott comments, 'Our guys had to be reminded what it takes to win even before they hit the court."
Saturday's scoring leaders for the Pit Bulls were Marcus Barnes with 26 points followed by Andre Smith and Terence Shelman contributing 12 points each.
The Atlanta Vision next home game is 'College and Greek Night" on February 18th at a special earlier time of 5:35pm. Fans and friends of the Vision are invited to an All-Star Slam Dunk party at Buffalo Wild Wings, The 'Official Wild Wings" of the Atlanta Vision. Other promotional nights include, 'Gospel Night" on February 19th at 3:35pm, and 'DeKalb Community Night' on February 24th at 7:35pm. The organization will celebrate their last home game of the season on February 25th during 'Atlanta Vision Fan Appreciation Night." All Atlanta Vision regular home games are played at The Samson's Center, 6400 Woodrow Road - Lithonia, Georgia 30038. Fans are encouraged to come early and see why the Vision was recently named 'Atlanta's Best Value in Sports Entertainment."
