VISALIA-The first half of the season is coming to a close, and the Rawhide are still in the thick of a division race for a First Half Championship. This Thursday, June 6th at 7:00 pm, the Rawhide will start a four-game home series against the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, Single-A Affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Concession stands will be serving Dodger Dogs all series long. It's another "Thursty" Thursday brought to you by Valley Wide Beverage Co., where Coors Light and Summer Shandy draft beers will be available for just $1 from 6-8 pm.!
The second game of the series will be played on Friday, June 7th at 7:00 pm, which will mark another Fun-Filled Friday at the ballpark. Stick around after the game for a special Fireworks Show! The HEART After School Program will also have booths at the game raffling off great prizes all night long. One lucky fan will go home with $1,000! You must be present to claim your prize.
The Rawhide continue the series on Saturday, June 8th at 6:00 pm. Get ready for another All-American Saturday, where retired and active military can purchase a discounted $5 ticket with their military ID. Delicious barbeque concessions items will be available at the Hot Corner Grill and all beer and soda is half-priced all game long with your Rawhide Boot Mug! The Rawhide will also wear Patriotic American Flag jerseys which will be available for auction all season long at RawhideBaseball.com. All proceeds will go to benefit the COS Veterans Society.
The concluding game of the four-game series against Rancho Cucamonga will be on Sunday, June 9th at 2:00 pm. It will be a special Family Fun Sunday, as the Rawhide are excited to host the annual Diamond Dig thanks to Quality Jewelers! Ladies may register at one of the registration booths during the game or they may pre-register at Quality Jewelers on Main St. in Visalia. Participants will get access to the field after the game for a chance to dig up some great prizes, including fabulous jewelry from Quality Jewelers! It is also Educator's Appreciation Day. All teachers and administrators may receive a free pasture ticket with free upgrades available to the Toyota Terrace or Cold Zone. All graduating seniors may also receive a free grandstand ticket along with two guest tickets for just $5 each! Call the ticket office for more information.
