Vibe Fall to Rise in First Loss of Season

ATLANTA, Ga. - The Atlanta Vibe fell to the Grand Rapids Rise in four sets in the team's first loss of the season on Friday evening at Gas South Arena.

Pro Volleyball Federation Player of the Week Leah Edmond led Atlanta across the board, picking up a match-high 18 kills and three blocks to score 21 points - more than any other player on the floor tonight. Setter Tori Stringer picked up a season-best 47 assists in the four-set match,

Outside hitter Leketor Member-Meneh earned her first match start of the season, coming in to lead the team with a .242 hitting percentage with 13 kills, 13 digs and an ace. Middle blocker Regan Pittman knocked down three kills on three attacks all in the fourth set, adding a block and a dig.
