HARTFORD, Vt. - The Vermont Mountaineers lose a nail biter at Upper Valley, 4-3, in game six of the Governor's Cup Series in a North DIvision New England Collegiate Baseball League contest.

Upper Valley's offense was being no hit by Vermont pitching until the seventh, and scored three runs, including a two run double from Tyler Sorrentiono making it 4-2.

Vermont pulled within a run in the ninth inning but fell short with the go-ahead run at the plate.

Brendan Patterman was handed the loss for Vermont going one and two thirds innings allowing three runs on six hits and one walk. Aaron Munson got the win for the Nighthawks with five strikeouts and allowed no runs through four innings.
