Deland, FL- The Vero Beach Dodgers contest with the Daytona Cubs was rained out Wednesday night and will not be made up. The two teams meet for the final time with a twin-bill Thursday night at 5:00 p.m.

The Dodgers enter play Thursday with a five game lead over second place Palm Beach. The Dodgers' scheduled starters will be RHP Casey Hoorelbeke in game one and LHP Matt Merricks in the nightcap.
