
Valour Acquires Viscosi, Verhoeven, Transfers Yesli to Atlético Ottawa

WINNIPEG, MB. - Valour FC today announce that the club has signed Canadian goalkeeper Jonathan Viscosi, acquired Noah Verhoeven for the 2024 season and transferred goalkeeper Rayane Yesli.
Viscosi, 32, joins Valour FC from Vaasan Palloseura (Finnish First Tier), where he made eight appearances, conceding five goals.
The Ottawa-born goalkeeper has accumulated 153 professional appearances over a decade-long career.
Verhoeven, 24, joins Valour FC on loan from Atlético Ottawa, where he made 27 appearances in 2023, tallying one goal and two assists.
The midfielder has made 111 Canadian Premier League appearances since 2019, spending time with Pacific FC, York United FC and Atlético Ottawa.
Yesli, 24, has been transferred to Atlético Ottawa. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The goalkeeper was selected by the club with their first pick, third overall, in the 2021 CPL U-Sports Draft and officially signed with the club in 2022.
Yesli made a total of 37 appearances for the club over two seasons and was nominated for the CPL's Goalkeeper of the Year award in 2023.
