Windsor, CO – The Colorado Eagles announced Thursday that the home game on Saturday, February 14 will be the 25th consecutive sellout of the season.

The Eagles are ranked third in the Central Hockey League in attendance. They average 5,211 fans per game, and 125,064 fans have attended games thus far in the Eagles' inaugural season. On January 10, in a televised game, Colorado rewarded their 100,000 fan with a jersey and an announcement about the milestone.

"Unbelievable," said Eagles President and General Manager Ralph Backstrom. "They are some of the greatest hockey fans I've ever experienced."

Fans are encouraged to wear red to the Valentine's Day game for a "Night of 5,000 Kisses." The players will also be wearing their red jerseys for the game.

The players will auction off the red jerseys that they played in following the game on Sunday, February 15. The auction will take place in section S of the Events Center (behind the benches). All proceeds will be going to the Colorado Eagles Foundation.

Colorado is 32-14-3 with 67 points, and in first place in the Northwest Division of the CHL. There are 15 games left in the season, only 8 more home games. The Eagles' magic number is 9, they need nine victories at most to clinch first place in the Northwest Division.
